Download User Authentication Status Report

The Download User Authentication Status download link creates a CSV file of all Penelope users and includes information regarding the status of each of their accounts. This report is useful when trying to identify users that have a Penelope login or an SSO login.

The report includes the following information:

• Status – Active/Inactive

• First Name, Last Name

• Username

• KBookitemID

• Authentication Type (Penelope/SSO)

• SSO UID

• Last Login

• Account Locked/Unlocked

Follow the steps below to download a copy of the Download User Authentication Status CSV file.

1. Login to Penelope using a System Administrator account.

2. In the User Setup section select Security.

   

3. On the Security Setup page select Maintenance.

   

4. Under the User Authentication Information heading next to Download User Authentication Status click Download.

   

The Download User Authentication Status CSV file will automatically download to your computer.
