View Existing Donations

1. Open the Explorer window of the desired constituent.  See the Searching for a Constituent Record article for instructions on opening an existing constituent’s record.
2. Select the Donations node. 
3. On the General tab, the first section lists all the donations.  The second shows all donation reversals that have occurred.

Use the Refresh button, located at the bottom of the screen, to update the donation screen if a new donation has been entered into Salsa CRM and the constituent record was open at the same time.
