Create a New Text-to-Initiate Program for an Existing Keyword
Open a Text-to-Initiate program and deactivate the program by changing the status from "active" to "inactive" (if it is not already inactive) as described above.
Select the keyword from the recently deactivated program (since it is now available).
Click Save & Activate.
You will receive a warning modal pop-up that says that activating this program will archive the previous program name and that the previous program name will not be able to be activated ever again. Click OK.
Once you have reused that keyword in a new program...
The keyword is considered active because it is associated with an active program.
The program is active because you clicked Save & Activate.
The previous program is archived because its keyword is now in use by a different program.
The expected SMS response is "Thanks for supporting [PROGRAM NAME]! Visit [DESTINATION LINK] to complete this action."
