FAQ: How Do I Offer a Free Event?

There are 2 things that will need to happen to create an Event with free tickets:

• All Tickets you offer are $0 cost.
• Remove the I'd like to include a donation element from your form (and if applicable remove the Increase my donation amount to cover fees element as well). This is a form field on the Checkout page for your event.
  
  Please review the screenshot below. Remove that checkbox by selecting the orange trash can icon in the top right of the element.
  

NOTE: Do not remove the payment block element.

Once these steps are processed, this ensures that the checkout page will no longer request a credit card to complete the registration.
