HMIS: How to Download a Data Pull

There are two methods to download a data pull:

• Downloading the entire data pull

• Downloading specific files from the data pull

Downloading the Entire Data Pull

Please follow these steps to download an entire data pull:

1. Go to Reports > Manage HMIS Data Pulls

2. Find the desired Data Pull (Export ID can be used to search)

3. Click "Download" from the "Take Action" column

Downloading Specific Files

Please follow these steps to download only specific files from a data pull:

1. Go to Reports > Manage HMIS Data Pulls

2. Find the desired Data Pull (Export ID can be used to search)

3. Click "Open" from the "Take Action" column

   

4. Click on the desired CSV file

5. Click "Download"
