Standard Collection Universe NEW / Un-flattened Collection Data

This Universe allows Users to report on the Collection members and their responses to the Collection Roster form.

Collection Type Name – Name of the Collection Type
​Collection Type ID – Form ID for the Collection Type. Identical to a TouchPoint ID
​Collection Name – Name of the Collection Roster

​Collection Unique ID – Identification of the Collection Roster, similar to the response set ID
​Response Set ID – Identification of the Response Set. Identifies the Collection Roster

​Date Removed – Date the Participant was removed from the Collection Roster

​Date Taken – Date the Collection Roster was taken 
​Response ID – Identification of the individual responses for Participants. Identifies the Participant

Standard TouchPoint Universe NEW / Un-flattened TP Data

This Universe allows Users to report on the TouchPoints that Collections have taken.

​Collection Name – Name of the Collection Roster

​Collection Unique ID – Identification of the Collection Roster. Identical to Collection ID
​TouchPoint Unique ID – Identifies the TouchPoint form that was taken
​Response Set ID – Identification of the Response Set of the TouchPoint

​Date Taken – Date the TouchPoint was taken 
​Response Unique ID – Identification of the individual responses for Participants for the TouchPoint. Identifies the Participant

​Note: If a Participant was added through the +New button on the TouchPoint, the Participant will not be associated with the Collection or Collection data in ETO or reporting.
