Participants | Future Program Start Date

It is possible to enroll a Participant with a Program Start Date that is in the future. When searching for these Participants with a future Program Start Date, you may notice different results are returned depending on the feature you use.

A Participant with a future Program Start Date will not be returned in the search results when using Quick Search with the Participant's name.

These Participants also will now show on the Enroll Participant page, as they are considered enrolled in the Program even with the future Start Date.

However, the Participants will be returned in the search results with these features:

• Find Participant

• View Participant Info

• View/Edit Participant
