Manage TouchPoints | Question Numbering

Forms have the option to have the Elements to be numbered or not. The numbering format includes disabled questions, meaning the numbering will not be consecutive if there are disabled questions. This function applies to Referral Forms, TouchPoints and Collection Types.

1. Expand Navigation Bar (if applicable)

2. Click Site Administration

3. Select Manage TouchPoints (or the appropriate form function)

4. Click Edit TouchPoint Settings

5. Under Question Numbering, check the box "Use question numbering for each element"

6. Click Save
