"Restricted" Donation Status

Some donations may have the status of "Restricted" associated with them. These donations will not show up on any custom Financial Transactions Reports that you have created, but can be viewed whenever you log into GiveGab Enterprise and search the last name of the donor.

These donations show up as "Restricted" due to a code that is in place that prevents fraudulent card runs. This means that these particular transactions were not allowed, and they will not show up on your financial transactions report.
