Referral Entry Note Page

The Referral Entry Note page allows you to view, edit and delete an existing Referral Entry Note. You will also find information at the bottom of the page regarding when the note was added and last modified.

To access this page you will need to have sufficient permissions to view the Referral that the note is attached to (e.g. if the Referral is at the Service File level you will need to have access to the Service File etc).

How to Edit a Referral Entry Note

To edit the Referral Entry Note click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, edit as required and click Save.

How to Delete a Referral Entry Note

To delete a Referral Entry Note click the delete button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, confirm that you wish to delete the note and click okay. This action cannot be reversed.
