Add/Change the Presenting Issues

There may be times when you need to change an Individual’s (client’s) Presenting Issues on a Service File. Each Individual can have three (3) Presenting Issues per Service File.

To change an Individual’s Presenting Issues on a Service File, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Individual’s Service File.

   

2. In the Participants section, click on the Problem Areas/Presenting Issues or Add Problem Area of the Individual (client) you would like to change the Presenting Issues for.

   

3. Start typing the name of the Presenting Issue/Problem Area and a list will appear, select the issue from the list (note: depending on your agency’s configuration, the options available will vary). Repeat as required.

4. You can also change the Presenting Participant if required by checking Assign as Presenting box.
   ​

   

5. Click Save.
   

   

6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each Participant as required.

The Presenting Issues will be updated immediately.

Important Information

Depending on your agency’s Penelope configuration Presenting Issues may be called something else (e.g. Problems Areas, Existing Issues etc).
