The Anonymous Service Type page provides a snapshot view of the Anonymous Service Type and includes the name, start date, end date, status, notes etc.
You can access the Anonymous Service Type page by clicking on the Service List link located in the Setup sidebar (subject to permissions).
What is an Anonymous Service?
Anonymous Services are typically brief one time services offered by an agency. These services do not require the creation of an Individual, Case or Service File and do not appear under a Worker’s Case Load.
Some typical examples of Anonymous Services include:
Crisis calls
Information calls
Community presentations
Seminars
Add an Anonymous Service Type
To add a new Anonymous Service Type:
Log in to Penelope with an account that has access to the Setup sidebar (not an SA account).
Click Services List located in the Setup sidebar.
In the Anonymous Service Types section click Add.
Complete the necessary fields as required.
Click save.
Edit an Anonymous Service Type
To edit the Anonymous Service click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Once clicked you will be able to edit the items in the screenshot below.
Deleting an Anonymous Service Type
Depending on your security permissions it may be possible to delete an Anonymous Service Type by clicking the delete button located at the top of the page. If the Anonymous Service Type is in use it cannot be deleted. Instead of deleting the Anonymous Service Type you could also deactivate it. See Edit an Anonymous Service Type above.
