Configuration: Tasks

Programmable Tasks are automated tasks associated with specific actions.  For instance, you may want to set up a Programmable Task that is created each time a deceased date is entered onto a constituent’s record.  These Programmable Tasks can also be associated with custom fields so that when the value of a custom field is changed a task will be created and sent to the assigned Salsa CRM user.
