Standard Report | Entities With Responses

Description: This report will show the subjects with responses in the selected site(s) and program(s) for the selected TouchPoint.

Prompts: None; all prompts are filled out for the TouchPoint Submission Report (Entity) report.

Sorts:

• Site Name

• Program Name

• TouchPoint Name

• Subject Name - The name of the subject(s) with responses for the selected TouchPoint.

• # of Responses - The number of responses for each subject for the selected TouchPoint, in the site and program. This field also contains a hyperlink to open a report containing detailed TouchPoint response information.

• Most Recent Date Taken - The most recent date taken for each subject for the selected TouchPoint in the site and program.
