Standard Report | TouchPoint Submission Report (General)

This report gives the number of subjects with responses and the total number of responses for any given general TouchPoint. Entering any TouchPoint that is not a general subject TouchPoint will not return any data.

Prompts:

• TouchPoint Name

• Site Name

• Program Name (optional)

• Begin Date

• End Date

Sorts:

• TouchPoint

• Site

• Program

Completion Rates:

• Number of Subjects with Responses by TouchPoint Name Chart - This chart displays the number of subjects with responses for the TouchPoint in the selected date range, for the site and program displayed in the section header.

• Number of Subjects with Responses by TouchPoint Name Table

• TouchPoint name - The name of the selected TouchPoint.

• Subjects with responses - The number of subjects with responses for the selected TouchPoint during the date range in the selected site and program.

Completion Details:

• TouchPoint name - The name of the selected TouchPoint.

• # of subjects with responses - The number of subjects with responses for the selected TouchPoint during the date range in the selected site and program.

• Total # of responses - The total number of responses for the selected TouchPoint during the date range in the site and program.
