Informal Series Roster

Informal Series have a roster (attendance can be recorded) but do not have Individual session notes or billing components. In an Informal Series, active members appear in the Rostered list while inactive members appear in the Non Rostered list.

Adding an Individual to the Roster

You will need to be logged in to Penelope with an account that has permissions to access Informal Series.

1. Under Links on your My Home page click Informal Series List.

   

2. Click the Series you would like to add the Individual to.

   

3. Click the Roster tab.

   

4. Click Add Roster.

   

5. Type the Individual’s (client’s) name in the Name field.

   

6. Click Search.

7. In the Search Results section click the plus (+) icon next to the Individual you want to add to the Roster. Repeat as needed.

   

8. Click Save.

The Individual will be immediately added to the Roster.

Removing an Individual from the Roster

1. Under Links on your My Home page click Informal Series List.

   

2. Click the Series you would like to remove the Individual from.
   ​

   

3. Click the Roster tab.

   

4. In the Rostered section click the minus (-) icon next to the Individual you want to remove from the Roster. Repeat as needed.

   

5. Click Save.

The Individual will be immediately removed from the Roster.
