Service Event Mark Followup Required

You can mark a Service Event for followup by clicking the Mark Followup Required link in the Service Details section of the Service Event page. It is also possible to reverse this action by clicking Mark Followup Not Required.

Important Information

This tags the Service Event for follow up but it is not possible to set any associated reminders, tasks or workflows and does not appear in any reports.
